The Library's proposed 2012-2013 Budget includes an increase of 2% in local tax appropriation.

 The Library will present its proposed 2012-2013 Budget, which includes an increase of 2% in local tax appropriation. The additional $8,961.00 in tax revenue will help the Library offset rising retirement and health care costs as well as significant reductions in state aid in order to maintain the high quality collections, services and programs that the Geneva community currently enjoys.   

OWWL2Go users please note, Overdrive will be working on some system maintenance procedures at 7:00 AM on Monday March 26th. While efforts will be made to minimize the impact, the work will result in a window where OWWL2Go titles cannot be downloaded. We do not know how long the maintenance will last but it should only be a few hours at most.

The Geneva Public Library joins a group of Upstate New York libraries in January 2010 to offer Geneva residents access to a 24 hour “virtual reference desk,” Ask Us 24/7, which launched as a cooperative service in March of 2003 by the non-profit Western New York Library Resources Council.
