Sept. 3 - Friends' Western Film Series - "High Noon"

The Friends of the Library kick off the fall film series with the first in a series of 3 great Western films, High Noon.

Gary Cooper won a best actor Oscar in 1952 for his portrayal of a town marshall, newly retired and married, soon to meet an outlaw he put in prison, now released and out for revenge.

Friends Films are shown the 1st Wednesday evening, September through November at 7:00pm in the library's Community Room.  Popcorn and soda will be served.
